Ha! I see that I got excited too soon, as now there's a return bug, whereby the image becomes ridiculously pixellated when using smart previews (which is the single most speed increase you can make). So I've had to turn it off again, and take a performance hit.

Initially I had 2 years from B&H Photos (USA) for $99/year before switching to Adobe UK monthly and then Amazon vouchers. Inbetween, I've paid for a total of 9 months at £8.97/month, and also used the "cancel to get 2 free months" trick.
