Well i meant a rock gig, rather than a big production style show like Britney or Pink would do. Green Day are kind of punk surely though?

I know what you mean, music genres these days are far too confusing.

I enjoyed AC/DC there if that helps. There was quite a few nutters running around at the back playing air guitar too.

The Bravery, Franz Ferdinand and the Kaiser Chiefs will be Green Day's support during their American tour.

All three are of little interest to me so i hope they don't support them over here.

So who's supporting them on their UK dates? Same as the US ones?

No idea, but I find it highly unlikely that Franz or Kaisers would support them in the UK simply because they are already big in the UK. I got the impression that they are supporting in the US to gain an American audience.

Has anyone yet got their Green Day tickets from Ticketmaster? as SeeTicket customers seem to already have theirs which seems weird.

Yep, same here - got mine from Ticketmaster (I think) for The O2 a few days after ordering. Which was weird cos I was expecting them much nearer the time.

Mind you, my O2 Muse tickets turned up yesterday so they don't seem to care too much about the eBay selling p'raps.

great live band (T 2004 or was it 05??) but id be concerned about the number of nobs at their gigs. is it full of spotting oinks or a more mature audience who've been with them since dookie/early 90's stuff?

When I saw them on the American Idiot tour, I felt like a dirty old man. Lots of youngsters.
