Bad Girls 2006 season (Spoilers)

It's all kicking off in the first episode as they drop like flys!

haha
I still like Bad Girls but miss the good old days of series 1-4
Mandana Jones keeps popping up in Doctors on BBC1 though, good to see her back on tv.

This was probably the worst acted programme I've ever seen in my life.

It's Bad Girls, what do you expect?!
The girl who beat Bin Laden up was particularly bad.

I've watched all of the DVD boxsets from series 1 to Series 7 (I think it was) and thought it was great. If you haven't watched the programme at length how can you comment?

This last series was a load of rubbish and yes I have seen all the previous series/episodes. There just didn't seem to be any real menace without the likes of Fenner and some of the new characters this season were just plain stupid.

I agree, as good as Kerrigan and Buxton were at the start, things dried up really and the rest of the new characters were rubbish. I heard a while ago that this would be the last series, at first I was rather dissapointed but now after watching the last couple of series's I think it would be the best option. Failing that go all out and introduce the craziest storyline that see's Helen and Nikki return, shell dockley,Yvonne and Fenner. lol.

I agree, I think Bad Girls has come to it's natural end, this series only showed that the writers really have run out of ideas.

Shame to end like this though, no really memorable moments of the last series. It doesn't do the show as a whole any justice. It kinds of reminds me of a series years ago by Lynda la Plante called The governor. They showed two seasons leaving you on a real cliffhanger then it just dissapeard to the depths of the ITV archives somewhere. I could kill to get my hands on series 3 just to see if the Governor made it after being shot!

It probably should have finished when Fenner was killed off as for me at least, the series went down hill. It almost felt as if it was trying to reinvent itself but failed to do so.

Lo and behold, BG has been axed.

And yes, the last series was by and large awful.

It was axed a few weeks ago Ben you are a bit late with the news this time

Apparently the Christmas special will still air as it has already been filmed. But yes the last season sucked badly. It wasn't the same since Fenner was killed off.
