I'll try and host it but it will be only up for a few hours or so.

Just seams to be almost a scene by scene re-make of the original to me.

I thought quite the opposite. I thought that PJ's direction style and WETA's visuals really give this an original feel. The NY shots looked great.

there was supposed to be kong shown throwing the car in manhattan in the teaser trailer as it is mentioned several times in the lastest production diary on king is kong net...so whatever you had before removing it can't be correct..

i thought the NY scenes looked good too, if he has followed the original people will not be happy, but then again if he changes it people will not be happy either, me i will wait and see (same as i am with war of the worlds) and just watch it when it comes out.

I wish Jack Black had introduced the trailer and said "This is the greatest and best film in the world ever....Tribute!"
Peter Jackson has got some giant gorilla sized feet to fill and that trailer just made want to go back and watch the original again.

Seeing as the CG is clearly unfinished, I thought they would have hid the ropey monsters a bit more - which would also have built up anticipation to the final reveal in the film.

Me too ! what kind of diet is the man on, he looked completely different to the last time he was at the Oscars. I almost didn't recognise him.

I believe Jackson had his stomach stapled and he also had eye surgery, most horrifyingly while awake.

Hope that doesn't break any copyright stuff. It's just the best example of Kong's size.
He's always been smaller than most people imagine. It's a misconception that he's Godzilla sized. Though I think they made him bigger in the 70s version.
(And what's with Peter Jackson? I thought making LOTR would have made him frail and thin and ill, yet he remained chubby and glowing throughout... why has King Kong done that to him? I guess he could have chosen to diet himself.)

It's pretty obvious that the computer effects haven't been finalised yet.

Awfull trailer which made me cringe at how bad it looks. I am dreading this film now as I thought it would at least look fun, it just looks pants. Bad casting, bad film to remake.
Really hope it turns out better than that trailer and the fact its a remake of a poor film doesnt help much, I would rather they remade the 70's version.

I was very shocked at what PJ looked like, i paused it and showed the missus she said .That was the guy who done LOTR before he got fat' Bless her
It did look like he was from the 70's though and what was with the jumper.
