Can you learn photoshop in a day :)

Help

I have myself a project to complete for my other half
Its a bit of a "joke" Christmas present based on a running joke we have, long and short, I want to make a "Hollywood Hunks" callender for her, but I want to photoshop my face onto each months pics (told you its was a joke)

Anyway, I have photoshop on my Mac mini and affinity on my iPad Pro
but I have bugger all idea what to do

Watched half a dozen tutorials, but they all assume so much prior knowledge, saying "press this button" or "use this tool" - but I have zero clue

Id likely be better with text / picture tutorials rather than videos maybe

I don't want anything professional, but it has to look half decent

Think one issue also, will be I wear glasses, so some of the "face swap" things I've seen don't seem to apply

Any help be gratefully received

Thanks

Don't know about new editions of photoshop if they've changed this feature or not, but in Photoshop cs6 the Quick Selection Tool is the best way of extracting yourself from photos to paste onto images. Try googling that with your version of photoshop and see if there are YouTube tutorials. Very effective and easy to use.

Alternatively you can post an image of a hunk and your photo(s) here (or better yet a WeTransfer link to higher-res images) and I can see what I can do then talk you through how I did it.

One more tip, the big issue when pasting your face onto another image is blending the skin, so you need to play around with the colour temperature and adjust both images so they look alike, then you can paste and blur the edges so it blends in. Don't be afraid to experiment with colour tints on both images, it can make a big difference. Also the higher the resolution of the images you work with, the better.
