Annoying full page pop up adverts

When surfing the web with Mozilla i keep getting annoying full page pop up adverts appearing - but the are internet explorer pages which seems odd.
I have pop up blockers on fr mozilla and IE..... any ideas how to stop them?

Have you run some of the spyware tools as suggested in this thread:

Perhaps you have some nasties on your computer somewhere.

A quick Google reveals:

http://www.ccleaner.com/

Yes I would run them all just incase one of them picks up on something another one has missed.
