Teen Titans is a bit of an eye opener; not at all what I was expecting from a superhero toon. It's trying to do for superhero toons what the 60s Batman show did for that particular franchise. I really like it.

Hi Ho!

This may be fun, I am a Star Wars Nut so I'll like The Clone Wars But I'm a little disapointed with Justice League so a more childish Teen Titans may be worse but I'll still give it a look.

The thing about Justice League is the two part format of the show I like the show in all the other aspects but the spacing sometimes makes me miss episodes for example I have NEVER seen Episode 3 of the show when The League went back to WW2.

But i like JL even so and so I think I'll like Teen Titans as well even if it does annoy me at times.

YaY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guess I'll watch Teen Titans to see how much of a train wreck it'll be. Wasn't impressed by the advert at all

Hi Ho!

I saw the first episode of Teen Titans this morning and I must say I was very disapointed.

I knew TT wads going to be more for kids than Justice League but I didn't think it would be this childish. Some of the scenes were straight out of those annoying Japanese toons were everything changes to baby time.

There were some good moments and lines that I found funny and maybe it will inprove But not quite yet.

I can only hope The Clone Wars don't end up like Droids.

Bye!

Droids was an dodgy 80's cartoon staring R2 and C3-PO.

By the way George Lucas is setting up an Pixar style animation studio called ILM Animation and he's head hunted for the first feature...Genndy Tartakovsky.

If you have a Hyperspace account with the Star Wars website then you can download the Clone Wars episodes later on complete with commentary from Genndy Tartakovsky.

Droids was okay but a bit dull I seem to recall. Ewoks was great though because it was basically new characters and a bit of a coming of age storyline.

Just saw the mini "making of..." documentary for the Clone Wars and it looks very impressive (think the 3 minute format is going to be a bit of a pain though)

But Teen Titans - Oh dear. God knows what went wrong with this awful mess. All the worst excesses of Japanese style animation (characters physically changing depending on their mood etc) and a truly, truly terrible theme tune. Perhaps I've been spoilt by the likes of Batman, Batman Beyond and Justice League etc. but I really can't imagine myself watching any more of this drivel.

Teen Titans was pretty bad, quickly removed the season pass from the tivo.

Going by Carryonline's description of it I was very apprehensive, definitely wont be watching this again.

ps. weren't Kid Flash and Wonder Girl in the Teen Titans? (been 20 years since I last read it though)
