Time Bandits r2.

Just a quick question, I was just hanging out in shops and picked this up to have a peruse. On the box there is no mention of a commentary track, does it have one?

I wonder if your copy will include the censored commentary or the uncut version.

If your a Gilliam fan look for 'Lost in La Mancha' at play.

I've got it ordered, it should be fantastic.
A real eye opener.

It certainly is great. Got it when it came out and highly recommended to anyone interested in how films are made (or not in this case).

I think the uncut commentary has the rude word ******* in it at some point, uncut not.

It's during the Robin Hood sequence, 39 mins into the film IIRC.

At approximately 35 mins 40 secs into the commentary, John Cleese says "...and some ********* Duke...". The BBFC weren't aware of the commentary track before the DVD was released. As the commentary was worthy of a "12" Certificate but the DVD only had a "PG" rating Anchor Bay had to repress the disc with the offending word removed.
