When I'm not being forced to listen to the wife's moaning about the lockdown, I try to get in some Bon Jovi or Cher, with the occasional Johnny Cash for contrast.

Bob Dylan's latest record is a thing of wonder. To be nearly 80 and cranking out music that is arguably amongst his best, is testament to his genius frankly.

It's lyrically dense isn't it? Anne Frank and Indiana Jones in the same line - no idea what he's going on about, but I enjoyed listening to it.

Thanks for posting these. I hadn't heard of any of them and like them all. Now investigating a couple of albums.

I've been listening to the Kosmischer Laufer albums a lot of the last few weeks. Superb krautrock kind of stuff.

Found this gem off Reddit

Has everything. Aspects of so many great bands
Visually - The Rutles, The Jam, Iggy Pop, Cardiacs, Capt Beefheart. I was enjoying it even before I pugged the phones in.

The joys of moving sideways on the internet I found this on Bandcamp - a shed load of James Ray (Performance and Gangwar) and more - was part of the Sisters (Sisterhood and Floodland) - but I liked A New Kind of Assassin from a long time ago
