Streaming and Dowloading are usually buddies. Netflix/Spotify/Amazon Music etc.

So no offline playback then.

So these are 24bit/96Khz then? If not why label it as "HD"?

Just read their info, how can they call something that is 16bit/44.1khz "HD"? That's the same as bloody CD for god sake.

Same as Tidal call it HiFi with their premium subscription, all streaming services use lossless so I guess they can argue that lossless is cd quality.

Sonos won't work with higher than cd quality, they've never really indicated that they would support higher quality in the future

No issues with them calling lossless CD quality, but calling it HD is just plain lying in my opinion.

"Amazon promise that all tracks on the service will offer lossless audio at 850kbps at a minimum offering 16 bit 44.1 kHz playback, rising to 3730 for those that are available in Ultra HD at 24-bit 192 kHz."

Looks like it's minimum CD quality.

I get dropouts from the normal prime music service at weekends/ evenings so I'd be surprised if they can actually provide this service properly. It's not my network as nothing else is affected and 350Mbps (380Mbps according to speedtest) should be enough.
