Stick with LVG. He's in the second of his three year plan.

It depends if Mourinho comes to the club with the idea that it will be his last job. He has always been a 3 year man at his clubs before, so he's bought success. What is pretty clear is that we need a root and branch clear out followed by some marquee signings to accompany the talented youth team players we've seen in recent weeks.

It's a ten year job for a ten year man.

Mourinho was referred to as a trophy machine on the radio, which is true, but you pay a price for that, really boring football. And there's the short term thing, I think he's a lousy fit for ManU.

Those days have gone. If United don't get back on course soon the sponsors will leave in droves.

It's a bit of a myth that he plays "really boring football", he is guilty of trying to shut down certain games when he doesn't need to (Moyes' United for example) and he'll happily shut up shop once 2 up but his first 2 seasons and the first half of last season we played some fantastic football.

Saying all that I agree that he doesn't seem a good fit for United.

There really are not that many jobs left for him, I'd suggest he was even slumming it going to United. No disrespect to the club, but they seem to need more work and rebuilding than he generally likes. He's not a five year plan sort of manager. He lets someone do 95% of the work, comes in and spends a fortune and they do the final 5%.

After the United job, there really aren't that many more jobs for him. I don't think Barca want him, maybe Bayern but they took a pass this time around. It'll be his last job as unless he takes the money in China, there isn't a massive club who will want him

See that the Star are tipping Larry White to be offered the job come the end of the season, now that would be a good fit.

I'd say it was a crunch match for LVG - but then he's survived every other failure. West Ham are somewhat of a bogey team. Let's see what flavour of turd is served up today.

There's really no point changing the manager now is there?

Should in theory get a lift. Its not working is it. Could still win a cup and get top 4 if we got some form, ain't happening under LVG.

Unfortunately for LVG, he's done absolutely nothing to even hint that there'll be an improvement in the team, whatever his 'philosophy' may be. For that reason alone he just cannot be allowed another season to inflict more failure upon us!

...we have to get back to serious competing again else we're in for a barren spell of Liverpool proportions!!

I assume its a given he's gone at the end of the season, I really cant imagine otherwise. However he should be gone if we don't progress today.

If no definate decisions have yet been made about his future by the powers that be, then only a win today, a blistering performance at OT next thursday to turn that tie around, and enough wins in the remaining games to finish top 4 could possibly save him!

...so basically he's a dead man walking!!

They are absolutely terrified of attacking and Lingaard and Martial are all alone up front.

And how is Fellaini going to last an hour without another booking.

I don't often complain about refs, but this guy has given everything to West Ham, he's been poor.

That's two pens in three minutes not given. Disgraceful refereeing. Then they can't even spot a corner kick from a goal kick. Woeful.
