Doh! When I first saw it, I was worried that it looked like the Avengers set. My first copy of that got squashed in the post. On the plus side though, it'll fit nicely alongside the Avengers set.

They're not really built for frequent access. It's like artboard. Two thin bits of card with a type of foam between.

Casino Royale was just passed uncut by the BBFC for a '15' rating. Nice.

Was it cut for a 12 then before? Didn't realise that.

Ah, I see it was the torture scene that was trimmed.

It doesn't add much to the film, I'll give you that, and the 12-rated version still kicks the arse of the US edit, but it's a lovely little bonus anyway.

So used to studios just slapping the same old discs in re-releases that I wasn't expecting this at all. Nice one

Good news!

I've been wanting to add this to my collection but wanted the uncut version.

Only just saw in a HMV earlier today, that theirs now come with 23ish "artcards". I don't know if that's a recent change, because they weren't mentioned when I ordered.

They changed the listing last week, hopefully my £74 pre-order will also come with them.

Yes it does
Check your online order history. Will now say HMV exclusive as that is the only version they are selling.

I also have it preordered for £74.40 at HMV thanks to that voucher code. Anyone know if their pre-order price promise will still kick in if it's already discounted, as I noticed the set dropped to £90 a few weeks ago making it £72 after 20% off?

Packaging has put me off, cancelled my order. Had trouble with the Simpsons dvds moving to this kind of packaging.

Damn shame.

I keep thinking the same. It would help if they released better pictures of the packaging or have they used the same thing for other titles ?

I already have the original blu ray releases too.

Have to remember I need to have £74 available to pay for this soon!

Have answered my own question as I was wondering about what version of License To Kill would be in the boxset - Melon Farmers says it's the same as the 2006 Ultimate Edition, so uncut.

I'm starting to have 2nd thoughts because of this very reason. I hate these card slotted things.
