Is there BBFC logos anywhere at all on the packaging? If not, get it quick as its a strong candidate for a potential 'recall and defacement' otherwise

And then when it's eventually reissued, the original sets will go for £100 on eBay.

There was a throwaway sheet on the front with the BBFC logo on it, but it's exactly that - throwaway.

There are BBFC logos on the discs themselves

Oh gosh, I'm far too anal to throw it away, though. I'll keep it wrapped around my tin even though it spoils the look and is a general nuisance. Please, God, help me overcome this tendency to be a ******.

I think it looks far better without it wrapped around it. It really is a lovely tin

Though it does attract the fingerprints.

I used to keep all that stuff neatly folded away in a drawer, until one day whilst having a clear-out I thought to myself "why the **** do I keep all this ****?" and binned the lot.

I do that as well. Sometimes I find things long after I've sold/traded whatever it was it came with.

Yeah, same here. I sold my T2 Ultimate Edition recently but didn't decide to ship it with the tin because it's manky rustiness removed the set from it's advertised "as new" condition and it would've doubled the postage. Ended up throwing that away too.

I actually haven't bought it because of the tin. I always regretted buying the SD tin as I much prefer the "ordinary" packaging.

For anyone who hasn't seen this series, and would like a taster before buying, or just to enjoy. Its being shown from tonight Monday 10th November, at 23:20 on BBC2, with the next episode being shown on Tuesday 11th, and then every Monday and Tuesday at the same time.

Bit of a shame it's being shown so late. I don't know anyone who's ever watched it.

Some of the episodes are also cut. There is 10 minutes missing from the first episode alone compared to what is on DVD and BD. It has been edited to fit in a 60 minute slot.

A lot of the people who I told to watch it were put off by the first episode, which I still mantain is dangerously slow and pondering.

Everything from there on is television gold though.

I love the first ep. Always great to see the surprise on peoples faces when they realise Ross Gellar is a total ****.

It is great when watching the thing as a whole, but watching, as intended, one episode a week, not that likely to entice people back to watch the rest of the series, I don't think.

The only person i managed to talk into watching this was my father.

And yes, he did get something in his eye during the final ep closing scene interviews

Man I got something in my eye numerous times throughout, especially during the interviews with the veterans.

I've watched the first 6 eps now and I know tomorrow the real 'hard stuff' awaits me

If it is like the HD DVD version I have seen then is will be good. I am going to stick with the DVD though unless the BD version gets quite a bit cheaper.
