These two are ******* mental!

What I don't understand is they are doing this to make money to move to Australia. They hope to make £295,000 profit but they already had £210,000 so they are going through all this for £80,000 doesn't seem worth it to me.

Think they wanted an additional £295k not £85k

They are insane though, the location is very poor.

Valuations from 825k, and they have put it on the market at £1.3m. That is testament to their sanity.

People like that deserve to fail and lose everything.

Absolutely crazy couple tonight. The woman in particular needed her head seeing to and the bloke needed to grow some testicles.

HOuse looked dreadful in it's finished state. No one in their right minds would pay that kind of money it.

Unbelievable, that couple (well the women as the bloke didn't have any control/say what so ever) were completely and utterly mental - why go on the program if they are going to ignore everything beeny says.

Plus they wanted around 800,000 then 1m once it was complete, then when the valuations were in they said they were going to put it on for 1.1m then at the end they put it on for 1.3m and in that area no one in there right might with that sort of cash is going to buy it (not even for half that amount).

The sanest thing they could have done in the end was split it like beeny said as it was pretty obvious they were 2 seperate entities! I wont even go into the styling of the property + £33k on decorations!

Wouldn’t make for a very interesting show. I would do everything that busty minx suggested and with the fat wedge I made at the end lure her away from her husband to come and live with me.........Dreaming out loud again wasn’t I?

That bint tonight was absolutely barking. Her taste was appalling and they’re in the arse end of Chiswick and don’t stand a chance of selling at anything like the price they want. Most of Chiswick is lovely, very villagey and unlike a lot of London but they just bought in the wrong place. Nutters.

The words which fill me with dread in any ep - 'installing a state of the art home entertainment system' - although there wasn't much mention of it after the chat with the bloke about the BBQ...

Awful people, awful idea, awful house (or should I say 'North Lodge'?!)

They didn't so much as buy in the wrong place as, build what was not required......

Could have seen the 2 flats working quite well, being so close to all the public transport links, but hey the stupid bint knows better.

When will these people ever learn that interior design, when developing is not about what you like, as what buyers would like?

First time I've ever watched it and to say that woman was mad is an understatement.

Every little idea she had that popped into her head had to be implemented. The whole basement bedroom scenario was loopy...

Let's brick up an empty space for development later ok
Let not build anything there ok
Let's dig it all out and build 2 bedrooms in there ok.

No way they're getting 1.3 mill for that. It was funny how everyone commented on the location yet they couldn't see it.

When I first saw it I thought 'flats'

Surrounded by them, and in an ideal area. Would of sold quick and easy and minimal finishing.

If I was refurbing, I'd turn it round quick as possible and sell it on with minimum work for maximum profit. I don't get these personalised 'labour of love' projects.

that property was never a quick turnaround option, even as 2 flat's would have required a high quality finish, if the 1.1M was to be achieved.

They would never have achieved 1.1M, but flats would have been far simpler whichever way they did them.

LOL @ the Chuckle Brothers this week. They’re a shoe-in for a UK version of Dumb and Dumber.

Once again the Twins are looking chapelhatpegalicious!

rather odd that the date of the evaluations on "Du Management"'s house were from October 2005.

And it still hasn't sold - been rented out now. Not very bright were they?!

Looks like a 'catch up' episode next week...

it looked from the last meeting with the chuckle bros. that they had fallen out with each other - certainly, the one with the skills but no time looked very uncomfortable and didn't say much. probably regrets getting involved with that numpty!

anybody else suspect the RSJ that was 'stolen' along with the van, from the building site, actually meant a mate was going to 'borrow' a RSJ site from said building site, but plans were scuppered at the 11th hour, hence the story of the vehicle theft.
