I like when Ramsey got him into the Bull ring to see how big his B*** where.

Top stuff-nice to see that the owner did take on board Ramseys advice and seemed to be taking the place in the right direction.

This was one of the best episodes yet, particularly liked the bit where they turned up to dine in the suits and then came back in their "casuals."

Was funny to see Ramsay eat humble pie for a change when he dropped the plate.

Also what is the obsession with nobs and balls? There seems to be constant use of this as a metaphor or an example - I think it's on his mind all the time.

While eating the hotpot, the proprietor said "this is to die for!" If he stays in the kitchen against Ramsay's advice, he probably will.
Mind you, I also got the perverse feeling that his need to control everything was also the only thing that was keeping him going.

At least, he is now serving his prawns in a wine glass. See the menu: http://www.fenwickarms.co.uk/more_in...?current_id=57 ("Gordon Ramsay style" )

Enjoyed the show last night.

My Favourite:

Added by: Detective Kowalski
Comments: Back in 1986 when Jimi Rodriguez was in control of the South Bronx. I met him inside the Clover Bar to discuss how I was gonna take him down over a nice Roast Beef. The Gravy that day was sublime. Only one week later I had gunned him down in a drugs bust on 125th Street, Harlem.

That's what I would have said, he was right! Still looking at those things, a glass is much better

I liked Ramsay's "If I phone up in 6 months and find out you popped your clogs in the kitchen, I'll be really annoyed". The guy better not die then!!

Excellent. Will set my TVDrive to record it so I don't miss it again.

Have set it to record the rest of the series (which I should have done in the 1st place)

Again, Cheers

This episode is setting itself up to be particularly harsh I think?
Chef used to have a good rep and has just been torn to shreds (justifiably by the looks of it) before the first break by Ramsey
