Wouldn't necessarily agree with that - thought he came across pretty well actually.

I actually want Gervais to be a weekly guest. I love it when he's on.

Gervais was not on form. Much better on Richard and Judy earlier in the day.
Ross' fawning was terrible, he's taken it to another depth! Travolta was bored because of his daft questions.

Its difficult though as some Hollywood stars seem to love the fact the interview is different from the normal sort of thing they're forced to sit through however many times a day when they've got a new film out. Some really seem to love the format and just relax in to it while others obviously don't.

I actually thought that Travolta warmed up a bit during the sections where he got to talk about the stuff he cares about - flying and scientology and stuff. It was the in-between 'filler' questions (and the stuff about Wild Hogs, strangely) that he seemed bored with.

Ross is a complete self indulgent knob. How he can sit there and take the mick out of Gates for his stammer when he can't even pronounce R's properly is just unbelievable.

Gates cames over very well and actually mentioned this to Jonathan and Gervaise found it very funny.

Ross is pitiful.

He was pretty serious with Gates throughout the interview, he made a few gags at the end, nothing wrong with that, as Gates said his parents tried to make light of his condition as well.

Travolta came across well I thought, liked him pretending to sleep on Gervais lap in the green room

Yes, Gates was great, especially when Ross tried the Jordan card on him and he made light of that.

I quite simply detest Ross, but watch the show for the Guests.

Gervais knows him too well and that's why he started off with the ribbing of Ross.

Maguire is about as charismatic as a rock, and can't deal with Ross at all. Dunst just sat there and said/did bugger all...

I caught a bit of it - terrible - cringe inducing UGH.
Ross is so much better on the radio, much funnier and wittier.

Bill Bailey was the highlight, but Toby and Kristen what happened, she just sat there and nodded away and Toby just didn't seem to be bonding well at all.

But like he said he "takes everything very literal".

There was a few laughs, but you would have thought anyone going onto a chat show would watch some previous interviews or at least be told what to expect.

Any ideas who's on next week, must have missed that part.

They both seemed to be enjoying themselves.
I'm sure Toby has been on before promoting "Seabiscuit".

I'd never noticed how often Toby Maguire blinks until i fast forwarded through his interview on Sky+, I had to rewind and watch in wonder - it's freaky.

Anyone else notice this?

I doubt Jordan and Peter Andre will be on due to him being ill.

They'll be on the following week to tell us the dramatic story of Peter's migraine.
