Whats this show - Its "I'll show them Who is Boss"

Was reading troubleshooter at the weekend and remembered this other show on Business Issue - ie the running of companies, and want to tivo it but no idea of name

What i can remember was there was a family firm, with perhaps 3 brothers in charge, i think it was a dairy or perhaps a fruit and veg supplier. They needed to find someone new to take over and lots of family discussions on who to take over, all the young family went along for interviews for it.

I think this was on 2 years ago? A bbc2 type show? Perhaps Trouble at The Top as thats the only management type show i can think is on, it definately was not troubleshooter with john Harvey Jones

Anyone any ideas?

That's the one! Don't think it was 2 years ago, I'm pretty sure it was only last year (I hope!). There were two other episodes one with a cheese firm and another at a factory/pottery IIRC. The family business stood out though because the owners were just useless and wanted to be in charge regardless

And yes, probably last October time, as i was in Windsor and was only there from Oct last year to March this year

It would be great to see it again, though a quick google reveals its going for a 2nd series.

Sounds like a fairly interesting show, i've have setup a marker for it in Digiguide, so hopefully i'll catch it when its on, thanks for the info.

In a similar vein, has anybody else been watching So What Do You Do All Day? I find it quite interesting to see what a typical day is like for people who are the head of top companies. The ones following Richard Branson and Eddie Jordan spring to mind as especially good ones.

Altho the new recent ones with the Independent's editor, Ann Summer's MD (not one mention of a rabbit in that show tho ) and last night's British Ambassador in Romania are still good to watch.
