I hope they do something like when they took the 3 offroaders through the jungle.

Absolutely shameful episode, how can they claim to have only done 20 miles when they started at Fleet Services and had already passed Solstice Park. That's nearer 50 miles
Outrageous

Richard Hammond is becoming more and more cringeworthy every episode. I really wish he'd stop trying to be funny and stop mimicking Clarkson, he's a good presenter when he wants to be.

Looks like to enjoy the program these days you need quite a low brow dumb sense of humour as that is what the they seem to be aiming at and I'm as much a fan of that type of humour as the next person and I still enjoy it but I just think they are just going through the motions and treading water a little bit and I bet they could do a lot better but they know they don't need to, I think that is the disappointing part for me

I bet you now regret putting in that comma, Pentasa! I missed last night's episode - stuck in a jam on the M25 - and don't think I'll catch a repeat.

Which, strangely, is the only way that the programme is ever going to consider changing, although I suspect that they'll call it a day when the viewing figures eventually drop.

Blimey. Farnborough last week, Fleet this week. And Basingstoke a couple of seasons back. They're obsessed with using Hampshire locations near me, it seems. I'd like this more if I'd ever managed to spot them in the wild! Bah.

I thought last night's was the funniest of the new run so far. I didn't think I'd laugh at anything more than Clarkson repeatedly crashing a Robin Reliant, but turns out watching Clarkson trying *not* to repeatedly crash a hugely unstable Citroen is funnier. Who knew?

Yes it was scripted, yes it was juvenile, yes I laughed.

Some of it was telegraphed, obvious set ups, but still entertaining.

I enjoyed it.

Wow . . . I'm so excited . . . just read Radio Times on next week's show and see that Hammond is to test a VW Tuareg in Sweden, racing a snowmobile. Wow!! I wonder if it's going to be better than the previous six times they have done this. Can't wait to see! Not.

Is TG's 'Star in a Reasonably Priced Car' going to be the go-to publicity place now that the beeb no longer has Jonathon Ross's chatshow?

Hope it's better than when they had Marky Mark on to promote Max Payne...

So can we assume that Clarkson & Hamster will be battling for Diaz's attentions & May will be fawning over Cruise?

Maybe they'll get Hamster to interview Cruise to make him look taller...
