Your top TV shows of 2018

How would you rate the shows you watched in 2018?
I'm generally going with UK broadcast dates for these, but there is some wriggle room given the bizarre release schedules we sometimes get.
  1. Star Trek: Discovery (season 1-B)
  2. Better Call Saul (season 4)
  3. The Terror (season 1) - grim as anything I've seen, but exquisite
  4. The Dragon Prince (season 1)
  5. Brooklyn Nine-Nine (season 5)
  6. Future Man (season 1) - what a delightful surprise!
  7. The Good Place (season 2-B)
  8. Disenchantment (season 1) - think I enjoyed this more than many, really found its rhythm by the end of the season
  9. Westworld (season 2) - trying to be more clever than it is and a definite step down in quality, but one of the most dazzling things on TV
  10. The Good Place (season 3-A)
  11. Killing Eve (season 1) - might have been hyped up too much. I thought it was very good but not great
  12. The Americans (season 6) - strong ending after a few seasons that went nowhere
  13. Castlevania (season 2)
  14. Maniac

I watched a few other things, but this list is all the stuff I would rate as really worthwhile.

Shows I've still not gotten around to:

A Series of Unfortunate Events (season 2)
iZombie (season 4)
Altered Carbon (season 1)
Jessica Jones (season 2)
Cobra Kai
American Vandal (season 2)
The Haunting of Hill House (season 1)

I didn’t think The Haunting Of Hill House was as good as people made out.
Cobra Kai was really good.
Binge watching Killing Eve at the moment, which I’m really enjoying, well written, greatly acted and some dark humour.
Need to get House Of Cards watched too, then I can put that to bed.

Theres been a few things I've really enjoyed this year, Discovery, The Orville, Travelers, Saul, Good Place, but without a doubt, Killing Eve was at the top of the list. Despite not liking Sandra Oh at all in anything she's ever done, so instantly making me think I wouldn't like it, I couldn't have been more wrong. Couldn't wait for the next episode to come round, and totally glued to each one. Not often I watch something that grips me as much as that did.

Yeah Killing Eve was great. Everyone in one of the threads on here raved about it.

No idea how Jodie Comer was overlooked in the Golden Globes. Fantastic performance.

Series of Unfortunate Event S3 starts next week, so catch-up! That being said, it'll be on Netflix forever

I've watched Killing Eve now. Outside of Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh (who were amazing), not much else about the show really enraptured me. Maybe my expectations were too high.
