Well dumped Arrow, again. Second time and likely for good now
It’s just too crowded and too silly but not in a fun way
The character of Felcity just winds me up and the chap that just seems to call everyone “hoss” and moan has to be the most pointless ever

Even this last couple of episodes with Deathstoke a character I have loved in the comics where just annoying and dull

Next up for likely drop is Designated Survivor if it doesn’t actually up it’s game

Still just about sticking with Arrow, but I agree it's very very dull these days. Conversely, Felicity's pretty much the only thing that keeps me watching.

This weeks Supergirl was quite fun with a teenage flashback episode that finally confirmed they're in the same universe as Smallville by mentioning 'Clark's friend Chloe' (no Allison Mack cameo, but given this recent revelation, it's probably for the best)

Dumped Walking Dead, the show is laughable trash now, the writers are not even trying as they know the fans will lap anything up it seems.

Sticking with DC tv series for the minute, The flash episode mentioned with Katee Sackhoff and the cringing #feminism bit was bad, it was just WTF

Close to dropping arrow more than the others, Oliver's kid is just terrible plot line and the newish team arrow cast are terrible although the new BC is ok

Legends is all over the place, sometimes its fun, sometimes its stupid. Have not caught up on super girl

Have just dropped

Designated Survivor, it’s just West Wing the soap opera now, and not seemingly going anywhere.

Law and Order SVU, I don’t know why I’ve stayed with it this long, it’s never been a great show and it’s pretty much always been something I have on whilst doing something else

Supernatural. Enough is enough with this (although I admit, I will watch the Scooby Doo episode) I swear if you took any episode from this season and the previous 3 seasons and just mixed them up, nobody could tell.

The crossover episodes 'Crisis on Earth X' (Supergirl / Arrow / Flash / Legends) last week was great fun.

I've got like 8 to watch and they're sitting there taking up space on my dvr. One of those shows I'll stick on in the background and do something else.

Not sure what I've dropped, Designated Survivor and Star Trek Discovery. Must be my age or something, I just can't be bothered with series anymore, I like to binge watch and I just can't be faffed shows on once a week, stopping for 3 months, there isn't one this week, etc

I watch Big Bang Theory, Bojack Horseman and Better Call Saul, that's about it

I totally agree with the stopping for weeks, months on end. You forget its back on and what happened.

I tend to wait until a series is near the end before I start watching it.

Thankfully UK TV doesn't have this disappear for 3 months halfway through. No wonder so much US stuff gets canned really(even the Good Stuff).

Cardinal and Blindspot I stopped watching after 1st Episode.

Watch Major Crimes,SVU. Still not caught up with Ep3 of SWAT. Dropped Valor and the other 2 Seals Shows after 1 episode due to no time really.

Still not got around to trying The Orville yet.

I'm going to wait for Orville I think, must be maddening for the US people, it's on one week, then off for four, moved to a different night. No wonder nothing ever lasts.

You might like a show, but after about four episodes are you so in love with it you're going to come back to it whenever they can be bothered to show an episode?

The double-opener was excellent & once again they've done a great job freshening up the show.

It's absurd it struggles for decent ratings as it's comfortably superior to 95% of other US Network output.

Completely agree. Hugely entertaining. Mixing things up every half season is working wonders for the show.

Mack had some great lines too

What made me laugh about Designated Survivor was they all appear to have forgotten the terrible terror attacks.

Jack Bauer even said that a potential attack "could be the biggest since 9/11".

Whilst I realise 9/11 killed more people, an attack killing the entirety of the US government would at least register as a comparison!

Just weird really.

Cant stand the erratic nature of US TV scheduling either. Star Trek being a recent example. Just randomly stopped now until Jan!?

Regarding Scheduling, I think because its aired so quickly after recording. They give everyone Dec off and the first weeks of Jan as well.
The shows that air over that time have been recorded previously and then being shown from what I always thought.

It's not just Xmas - they have weird mid-season breaks, and loads of random missing weeks for no obvious reasons.

Yeah that annoys me too, I get that there will be breaks over Christmas, even if the cast and crew get time off TV stations like to show specials and holiday versions of shows which is fine. And breaks for special events if something should be shown on the night it is on, superbowl, thanksgiving etc. But, as an example, Lucifer returned last week, this week, nope, next week, nope then its back the week after . No wonder they struggle.
