By Dawns Early Light
I think it all takes place in the cockpit of a bomber (though it has been years since I saw it)

How about Empire Records?
I can't remember any location other than in the record shop, directly outside the shop and on the roof of the shop.

Loved that movie, wonder what I'd think of it 20 years later.

Pretty close, but IIRC you see him go to the casino and blow the takings.

Just watched The Inside - apart from the first 5 mins, this is all single location - and a great movie.

As we can allow a broader location:
Evil Dead (& 2)
The Others
The Towering Inferno
The Poseidon Adventure
Airport 75/77
Gray Lady Down
Forbidden Planet
Flightplan
Panic Room
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
And many many more....

Clue (all takes place in the house)
Gremlins 2 (I can't remember anything outside of the studio but it's a while since I saw it)
Home Alone (most of)
The Terminal (haven't seen this, but given the story I'd the majority of the film is in the one location)
The Village (
)

Most of the films mentioned don't truly take place in a single location, but in several locations clustered close together - such as different floors of the skyscraper in Towering Inferno. The only absolutely *pure* single location examples here, as far as I can be sure, are Rope, Sleuth (the original) and Tape - all adapted from stage plays, unsurprisingly.

Apart from the first five minutes, the last five minutes and the little bit where Brooksie gets out, the Shawshank Redemption?
