used codes to get a pound off a couple of CDs; I have been charged 19p for the texts, so they weren't covered by my inclusive allowance, but never mind

Does anyone know when this TXT promotion ends or when the vouchers expire? Thanks!

If you have ordered anything with Zavvi watch out, they often cancel your order without emailing you. It is best to log onto your account and check your order status.

The £1 voucher appears to be a side effect of entering a competition the winner of which is announced on the 11th so I assume it stops sometime between now and then is the best I can come up with!

Odd, I just used it to order the Prince Teabagger 360 game for 2.95. It deducted the quid but on checkout it came up as 3.95. The order confirmation also quotes 3.95.

Anyone else had this?

It seems to happen if you login during the checkout process after having entered the code in your basket. You seem to have to be logged in before entering the code.

Yeah I only noticed that on my last order for some reason. Checking my previous orders they seem to have gone OK and my last one I re-entered the code and it was fine. So I dunno if it's something they broke recently or I just logged in first on earlier orders. I wonder how many people have been caught out by that. Also... as posted earlier I would expect (but don't know for fact) that today will be the last day for this offer as the competition winner is announced tomorrow.

yeah, I had that code issue as well. anyone had any experience of how long it will take for a "Usually dispatched within 3 days" item to actually be dispatched?

I ordered a couple of things on the 29th Nov - They are all still sitting at "Processing" with estimated dispatch date of 3rd December... Not very impressive.

I ordered Gran Torino on 27th with estimated 3 day despatch and it was sent 2nd so was 3 working days in my case.

Rest I ordered was either in stock and sent quickly or a pre-order .

They're still sending vouchers if you text them even though the competition is closed.
