i havent (although not got my money back yet either but thats now processing), i was going to just open another as i only had 1 years worth with icesave. no idea if it will work though.

My tip is to put it in the stock market. May sound mad, but you're not going to get much of an interest rate. Yes shares will probably continue to fall, but long term they'll do well.

Perhaps HBoS? Surely once the Lloyds TSB takeover goes through they should pick up and be a good long term bet. 10 years time that could be worth a lot of money
