Long Way Down - broadcast date?

Anyone one when this is going to be shown on BBC2? All I can find (with limited intelligence and investigation) is "Autumn 2007".

The Wikipedia article on the project claims September for what that's worth...

There's been a trailer on recently which I missed 99% of, so I'd keep an eye on the listings for this weekend onwards.

Even though we'd been looking out for this during September we didn't spot it. Have we missed it?

Don't think so, and the schedule on the BBC site has nothing for the next week.

I think I heard Ewan & Charlie are on Johnathan Ross this week so I guess it can not be far away.

I hope it starts soon. Long Way Round was very entertaining and I hope this will be just as good.

Ewan and Charley were on Jonathan Ross yesterday. They said that it will be shown from 28th October. I just checked their official site www.longwaydown.com where it states BBC2 9pm Sunday 28th October. Also, their book is out on Monday 8th if anyone is interested.

Remembered to record the repeat of that just to find out when the series is scheduled to be on. Looking forward to it!

Glad someone bumped this alittle early, as I forgot all about it again.

*Goes off to set series link on Sky+*

Met this guy in Northern Norway many moons ago (If I remember rightly he was from Korea). Heading from Nord Kapp to South Africa. Notice the huge support vehicles that were with him and abundance of technical gear, his superior waterproof footwear, and massive off-road trail bike.

Never mind, I suppose it MAY be good viewing, but they started off from the wrong place.
