Due to a re-evaluation of our ongoing stance to eradicate piracy from the forums, we have decided to completely restrict the discussion of certain subject matter. This includes:
All discussion of peer to peer (P2P) software (KazzaLite, BitTorrent etc), this also includes links to any bit torrent files.
All discussion of any console modchip related material or links to sites which discuss the subject and also discussion or links to sites with GBA Flash link kits. (We have not allowed this to be discussed on the site for some time now, but are taking this opportunity to reaffirm our position.)
We are well aware that there are perfectly legal uses for P2P software and console modchips, but all too often it is very clear what the majority of members are primarily using it for and that is to use it for activities which are likely to infringe the copyrights of certain businesses and organisations. In order to negate any possibility of legal action being taken against the forums and its owners, we feel that the most viable option is to restrict the discussion of these products completely.
Any breaches of these rules will be dealt with under the
terms and conditions of the site.
