I know this is a thread for suggesting things but I see the John Grisham book Camino Island is in the Daily Deals. I'm a fan of his and this book is awful. It's sort of half an idea poorly executed and I guess he's trying to get himself out of a multi-book deal as the other recent one was awful as well.

It's 99p so OK if you haven't read it and are a JG completist, his books as bargains seem to be £1.99 now.

Stephen King for 99p - Deal of the Day -
  • Cujo (1981) 500p
  • Insomnia (1994) 900p
  • Hearts in Atlantis (1999) 700p
  • Lisey's Story (2006) 500p
  • 11.22.63 (2011) 700p - seems to get the best reviews
Cujo is one of my fave Kings, but I've not read the others here - any good ? I prefer the more realistic novels rather than the out-and-out fantasy.

I loved 11.22.63 - great pacing and an involving story.

11.22.63 is the only one I've read on the list, went for Cujo. It has a great story and excellent characters, although only really works if you've never seen or read anything involving time travel. But it's a good read none the less.

Ben Elton - Past Mortem @ 99p

  • "Engaging and smartly plotted" (Observer)
  • "It's warm-hearted characterisation and deft pacing should make the paperback popular on next summer's beaches" (The Sunday Times)
  • "Past Mortem confirms Elton as craftsmanlike, thoughtful and readable. Fans will find plenty to enjoy" (Daily Mail)

There's a few Brandon Sanderson books down to £0.99. Deal of the day.
Couldn't get the affiliated link to work so here's one to one of the books.

Yeah I've only read the first 2 of the stormlight archive recently but they were absolutely brilliant and had all the rest of his books on my wishlist and was about to put down £12.99 for the last book as couldn't wait to finish the series! (And the max I'll usually pay is £4.99 for a Rebus or Bosch book). They are usually around the £10 mark each so this is a crazy good deal and don't think they usually drop in price. They are really big in size as well. First 2 stormlight books were over 1000 pages.
