There's a fairly good chance I'll be mentioning it again between now and when it's on

There was a program on tv on Friday night around 10pm about changing attitutes towards sex in films / tv. The opening 30 mins or so was about Carry On. I'm ashamed to say I don't know the title of the show or what TV channel it was on (I was out at the time at a friends place).

Don't forget, folks, Channel 5's Carry On night is tonight. I'll turn up at some point in "The Greatest Ever Carry On Films" from 10.05pm

Given that they decided in the end not to plug the book (can't complain, I still got paid) it's worth pointing out that I'm the "Carry On expert" Andy Davidson

Have you got a definite release date for the book yet?

I love the QR codes as location links - nice idea.

Carry On Confidential and Maximum Power are both off to the printers early next week. One will be a little early, one will be a little late.

It's arrived! Pre-orders being processed now. Hope you enjoy it and in case you don't I'm going on holiday for a week!

If you're planning to buy a copy, you'll get it much quicker and cheaper by ordering direct from the publisher at www.miwk.com (currently £12.99 versus Amazon's £19.99)

I'd like to order direct but the site doesnt like me, it gets stuck on the transferring screen when I try and pay, it could be my browser or the site. Oh well I'll have to try Amazon on Sunday.

If I press the proceed button under the loading image then I get a PayPal error screen. I'll give it a blast later on my home PC to see if that makes any difference (although that is Firefox as well).

Don't worry - just spoken to the team - you'll have a bill sent through to you shortly. They *really* want your money

It's a small publisher so they're alerted whenever there's a problem on the shop and usually try and follow up very quickly

Yep, I've got an email from Matt. I'll pay in a moment. Tell the web guy to look in the payment options section in the backend of the shop ;-)
