I have the book and audiobook - found the book a bit harder going this time but I did speed read - need to go back and take my time I think. I will be listening to the audio book (read by a different guy this time as James Marters couldn't do it) soon as I've finished Reacher #4

Just finished it. Was a bit too hard to follow all the names around to start with, but did get the hang of it and, once again, enjoyed the story. Now just got to wait for book #14!

Not read Ghost Story yet, I lazily work in a library so wait for new books till we get them in (which sometimes can be fast, sometimes slow). Have read everything up to that and hope to have it next week..

Me too but I have to wait for the audio book as I love to hear it in the car. Marsters is doing this one again after the huge outcry over Ghost Story. I basically had to read Ghost Story (woe is me ) because the narrator was so bad.

Like the sound of these...is there a boxset about? Maybe a company like The Book People do a set?

Heads up on the new book, Cold Days. Release date of 27th November. James Marsters is back reading the audiobook too!

Cannae wait!

Oh, and to answer, there are a couple of boxset books around for the earlier 6 or 7 books I think but none for the later ones. Get them, you WON'T be sorry!

Finished Cold Days. The end was a massive shock, though a lot got explained about events in the earlier books and their true significance.

The scariest thing I thought was Mab's conversation with Harry at the end of the book, talk about an alien perspective. I think Harry is going to be feeling a lot of guilt and is going to find it hard to get to grips with things.

Looking forward to the next one to find out.

Am thinking about giving these a go, got a sample of the first book on my Kindle. I think I was put off after hearing bad things about the TV show (and I thought the adverts for it looked poop) - is it a bit more adult than I initially thought?

Well I finished the first book, Storm Front. Thought it was great! Very funny, a little clichéd but then taking things off in unexpected directions. Quite an exciting end sequence.

I was given the first three books as a Fathers Day present...only 30 or so pages into Book 1, but really enjoying it.

I'm 3 books done now. First was good, second was kind of disappointing. Third book felt like it was written by a different author, massive improvement all round.
