Very cool dedication by Ace to Eric Carr which was really really nice.

Some fantastic songs played inc one towards the end which has always been my fave Ki$$ song and was a real suprise that Ace played it.

Your in for a treat you really are!

Really really good gig it has to be said...

Tigertailz - way to loud, crap sound mix and some chick on stage wailing like a banshee.. amazing how much Kim looks like Ace though lol...

was at the sheffield gig and Ace and the band were onfire...Ace blew up 4 amps during the set but carried on like a trooper even making jokes about it...the band carried on while he switched amps mid songs and Ace got straight back into the groove ...true pro. Great set list..i'll not spoil it for those who dont know it..only downside is his light guitar was broken, there's a great medley of songs mid set as well which give a great taster of some Kiss classics as well....cant say enough great things about the band who were spot on..Ace looked really healthy even with the shades on, he still cracks the jokes as well - best thing for me was that he plays the kiss songs at the proper speed unlike Gene and Paul who trudged through the songs like they were in treacle over in Australia recently...get ready London, your in for a treat.

Just got back from London. The Sheffield descriptions hit the nail right on the head. It seems a very wise move to get a younger band behind him. The energy really lifted the songs in a way that I haven't heard in years.

It should make Download interesting. I hate to be Kiss to be honest, it might all seem a little plodding after the way Frehley's band are belting the tunes out.

Tigertailz had pretty much the same problems in London from the descriptions above. A bad mix didn't help. Kim Hooker was drowned out by the backing singer a lot of time. Shame really....

I'm back from London and my ears are STILL ringing

What a GREAT gig

Ace was belting out the tunes like it was 1977 all over again...except more sober this time of course

A superb setlist and a few suprises too...Love Her All I can and Love Gun being 2 songs I didn't expect to hear!! He's really going to show KISS how it's done at Download

The new album cann't come quick enough and I hope he returns to the UK again when it's released.

Big to the rest of the band too, they were fantastic.

According to a posting on the KISS fan site KissNews.de, KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer told an Italian radio station earlier today (April 16) that the band will perform all songs from its classic "Alive!" release on the forthcoming European leg of the Alive 35 World Tour along with "obscure songs never played before." Thayer also revealed that plans exist for the group to hit the road in the U.S. and Canada later in the year as well South America and possibly Japan

£650 for the 'meet and greet' package at Download

Thank God I met them in London in 1982 for FREE.

Would have loved to have gone for this but £650 is taking the ****...even for Gene's standards!!

Gene Simmons on UK TV next week...

Monday 28th April, More4, 10pm, Pamela Stephenson's Shrink Rap.

I can guarantee that he'll come out with his usual speech about women producing only 1 egg a month, yet men produce millions of sperm a day

Being happily 'unmarried' is bound to be said.

And of course LOT's of talk about $$$

Trafford Centre?

I had a dream last week that me and my husband Gene, were watching Mr Speed singing on the tv in full Kiss make up....

Which is weird cos given the choice I'd be married to Ace.

Yes gene a **** isn't he Dave. We hate him don't we? He's got horid wire hair and won't let Ace wear his own face.

However, on a good note Nick his son is a very nice young TALL VIRILE YOUNG FIRM boy.

1050.00EUR for a meet and greet package and pre-show soundcheck in Paris

Even for KI$$ these prices are a joke. Lets face it, they are nothing more than a tribute band now

Shame to remember them like this. Now, the reunion tour, that was good
