Next Season's Football Fixtures

As these are out tomorrow at 9am can we ask that people do not post them but instead link to sites which do show them, such as the BBC and Sky. This is because we do not have a licence to display them.

I didn't realise you had to pay to display Premiership fixtures. Bizarre as surely its free advertising if fixtures are widely available.

It has always been that way and it isn't just the Premiership ones you have to pay as you have to with the football league as well. For me it is just another example of the greed within the footballing world.

It's really bullying the 'small' websites like this into paying if they want to display them. They don't really have a case to charge, but websites like this and lots of fans football site don't have the money to fight it in court. So it's the only option to just say don't display them or pay the fee. Think it's about £400, but that's £400 too much for most.

Thanks - of course once Sky and UEFA get their mitts on it it may look a little different! United have Arsenal and Chelsea on the bounce in their last 4 games. Add to that two potential relegation candidates in Blackpool and Blackburn it could make for a very interesting run in.

Are there any sites that tally these up with potential UEFA dates? That was key last season, with big Prem games falling in between Champions League ties

These are the games following the group matches for United and Chelsea. Added Arsenal too.

Matchday 1 - 14–15 September 2010 - Chelsea home to Blackpool and United home to Liverpool and Arsenal at Sunderland.
Matchday 2 - 28–29 September 2010 - Chelsea home to Arsenal and United at Sunderland
Matchday 3 - 19–20 October 2010 - Chelsea home to Wolves and United at Stoke and Arsenal at City
Matchday 4 - 2–3 November 2010 - Chelsea at Liverpool and United home to Wolves and Arsenal home to Newcastle
Matchday 5 - 23–24 November 2010 - Chelsea at Newcastle and United home to Blackburn and Arsenal at Villa
Matchday 6 - 7–8 December 2010 - Chelsea at Spurs and United home to Arsenal

It seems particularly unkind to Arsenal who are away to Sunderland, Chelsea, City, then home to Newcastle then away to Villa and United.

Fairly even. Who'll complain first - Fergie or Ancelotti?

It depends on who gets a random trip to eastern Europe in December.

We, Chelsea, have a nasty little run of 3 games just before xmas which in recent years hasn't been a good period for us anyway.
