Sky and advertising other programmes during other programmes (Caprica this week)

Either someone made a cock up or Sky have begun to take the **** royally. During Caprica, shortly after an ad break Caprica was reduced to a 1/8th size for a full screen Lost image pushing the new series.

Was this simply a mistake (Something which could happen at the end) or are Sky going to be doing this regularly?

I noticed that and it was most annoying. I thought it was deliberate. Is it a thing done in the US?

Just watched this on Sky plus last night and couldn't believe they were doing that on the premiere of a programme in HD.

I do hope this is not a sign of things to come. It's bad enough with the onscreen DOGs.
