but...but, it had elana AND big suze. surely that's enough, right there.

don't think mark is going to see any of that two grand again. were johnson and big suze married, then? only he said he had a wife.

Don't think Johnson and Suze were married (though the actress got married in real life a few weeks ago to some minor royal ) but they did live together, remember the episode where Jeremy stole his credit card and bought a new suit and presents for everyone.

I thought Johnson was really funny, everything collapsed around him, he was revealed to be all talk and smoke and mirrors. I know people just like him. Dunno why he was going on about Vista and MS Office though. Maybe to make him out as a marketing person's wet dream. Loved it when he punched Jeremy

Mark's "Brutal" reveal to Jeremy about Elena's partner was brilliant! Great how Jeremy blamed him and not Elena again! "Don't shoot the messenger, shoot each other, shoot each other!"

This episode had it all (except Superhans () and Sophie (no bad thing, really haven't liked her this series).

Love how they keep references and links across different series by managing to keep bringing back so many actors from before like Mark's sister! She was brilliant this week. Arranging poor Mark's life for him so officiously!!!

Superhans' "rental snake" was so cool!

Who'd have thought we'd ever see Jez lose his head so badly over some girl

Well that last episode was a piece of junk. What a disappointment. How come Sophie is suddenly such big friends of Gail and Elena? Must have been quite some party.

Seemed pretty good to me. I thought the bit in the car at the end was brilliant. Plus Superhands has children now

I agree about Sophie being friends with them all of a sudden being a bit strange though. If initially Jez wasn't going to be at wedding.. why would Mark, Sophie and Jeff all be there?.. I can only imagine it's because they know Gail from work or something. That or a lot of time has passed in this season. How pregnant was Sophie at the start of the season?

A bit of a disjointed final episode, but that seemed to be a feature of this series.

For this series, although there were story arcs of JLB redundancies; Jez and Elena; Mark and Dobby; Sophie's baby; some threads weren't resolved, like Mark's £2K to Johnson? And Super Hans sort of appeared in a couple of episodes without a real purpose or context?

But Robert Webb was sublime in the last half of the final episode: just brilliant.

It's one of the few programmes I will schedule in to watch and still the best sitcom on TV. Roll on Series 7...

Yeah overall this series was fantastic although I'm not certain if How Not To Live Your Life which also finished a series this week didn't slightly beat it.

I just wish we got 20+ episode series of some of these comedies in the UK, like some of the biggies (The Office etc) do in the US. Six weeks isn't enough!

I didn't realise it was the last episode in the series. Enjoyed the episode, but not as a finale - as said too many loose ends, etc.

They've signed up for another series so its presumably all leading up to that

He's been magnificent all series - a lot more than just the "wacky Jeremy" he's been in the previous seasons.

No comments on this? I thought it was a pretty good opener (once they got past all the Sophie birth noise), second half better than the first. Several funny lines referring to the surgery curtain thing and the view behind it. Loved Mark talking about being a paedophobe etc. And Superhans the plumber
