I think first episodes tend to be poorer because they know folks will tune in anyways. The second episode is generally much stronger because that's when folks actually need to be hooked in to watching the rest of the series.

why do i feel like i've missed an episode? i don't remember sophie being pregnant and i certainly don't remember jez sleeping with her, or mark becoming manager for that matter

Sounds like you missed an episode, to be honest. The manager thing is new, but the rest was in the last season.

Thought it was a bit disappointing, but then had the same experience with the start of series 5.

In fact, after watching the first episode of S5 I never got round to watching the rest of it. Last night I watched the rest of S5 and loved it, so I'm hoping the same will be true of S6.

Cool. How was the Q&A? Any good questions?

Episode 2 was very funny. Mark going from utter joy to losing it hurt my sides. When he looked up while stabibng that bag

David Mitchell is going to be the next John Cleese.

Bonkers, the last 10mins was some of the best of Peep Show all at once!

OK, I got given a barrel of scumpy which seems to be very very very very alcoholicy. So I will rewatch it again tomorrow and I may change my mind.

We shall see

OMG at Elena's accent!

Superb episode.

"Dobby now, baby later, Dobby now, baby later"

Don't like Sophie this season. Way too bitter and angry (despite what happened with her and Mark) and the new haircut is awful.

"Going out to look for DILFs"

Just watched last week's again and Elena is very briefly in that episode too (when they're getting the lift and Jeremy mentions getting her to look at him). Hope she's going to be in more/all episodes this series.
