I had trouble watching this. Took me three attempts to finish it. I hate Jack Black and turned it off the second he came on screen.

I was told to watch the episode as it's pretty funny, but I had to mute the sound every time that fat **** opened his mouth.

I hope to **** it was just a one off appearance because if it isn't, I won't be watching anymore.

Abed was great as always, though.

I quite like Jack Black, but like Ricky Gervais he always seems to play the same character. He seemed alright till he crammed some of his singing shtick into the role.

Jack Black sucked and I think they purposely wrote him out of that episode thank God!!

The cheerleading fantasy was great though.

They wrote him out of the episode as he would have only been guest starring, I doubt they could afford him as a permanent cast member!

Wow, the joke has completely gone over your guys heads.

The point of it was shows during mid seasons (Usually comedy) bring in a guest star who's presence is usually out of sync with the rest of the show. Hence the joke during the opening credits. All they did was get Jack Black to be the ultimate version of Jack Black (And have the other cast members hate him for it) as a subtle dig on that sort of thing. Then of course the joke is they sneak in an actual celebrity cameo for about a minute.

Also Dan Harmon created this and the somewhat legendary 'Heat Vision and Jack', which had Black as a former astronaut who fights crime with the help of a talking motorbike...voiced by Owen Wilson.

And when the fan is switched on it looks like it's scanning for life-forms like R2-D2 does on the ice world of Hoth when Luke Skywalker goes missing. Quality in moton. The other day it disappeared. Who was the smoking hot asian chick to the left of Owen Wilson at the end? I have a feeling she's one of the playboy girls

This is by far my favourite of the 3 Thursday night NBC comedies now, it's really hitting it's stride

So many great moments this week especially Kick Puncher, whose punches have the power of kicks

And they're right, Runaway is awesome!

Same here, just caught up with S1 to date. Very funny and great eye candy in Alison Brie.

Back for a few weeks with a new epsiode today after a short break , and it's one of the best with some great lines and everybody on top knotch form, especially Abid ("Don Draper")

Bonus of a brilliant "Bert and Ernie" Sesame Street riff from Abid and Troy in their usual skit over the end credits.

(Plus didn't think it was possible, but Alison Brie just looks hotter in each successive episode. )

The only thing about Alison Brie is that they keep insisting she's supposedly 18, if they had said 21 I probably would've rolled with it, but she looks *just* a bit too old to be playing it younger.
