Need recommendations for a 5.1 DVD player

My Sony appears to have pretty much hit it's home stretch now and isn't behaving at all well.
I'd like to replace it with another 'all-in-one' DVD player, around the Ł150-200 mark, that comes with the speakers and sub but haven't a clue where to start.

I don't mind what make it is as long as it's going to last a good while and I only really have the following spec stipulations:

Powerful enough to make the speakers worth while.
Multi-region (or easily hackable).
Available online.
....USB port/card reader so I can play .AVI or DIVX files would be handy too?

Any recommendations would be very much welcome at this point.
Check out my goodies, my trade thread is here
