Amazon marketplace - Anyone failing to get 'sold dispatch now' emails today

I have now received four 'You have an Amazon marketplace buyer' emails, but no follow up 'sold dispatch now' emails. Anyone experiencing this today? Seems strange.

Have not had any sales in a while, but I normally only get that when they are going to be "Your sale is pending" emails. Log on to your seller account and have a look in your current balance at the items you have sold and see if they are in there. If they are, there is a problem. If not, you got hit with pending big time!

Hope that helps,

Paul.

Thanks Paul,

All the transaction amounts are in my account, but still waiting on the 'sold dispatch now emails'. I suppose they are actual transactions, not the dreaded 'pendings'.

If the transactions are shown in your account as complete, I would just prep them up and send them anyway - have been relying on that more than the emails since BY had some problems earlier in the year. If it is listed in your balance, click on the order number of each one and you will get all the address details you need for dispatch.
