Well it's either that or take the chance that CH4 show it. They may not ever show S3 let alone S4. Channels have a habit of only showing a few series any then ignoring them completly. There were huge gaps in between series of Party of five. I can't remember even now whether Ch4 aired the final series

At least if you get the eps while you can (if you can) you're guarenteed you'll see it eventually. Rather that than never see another series again.

they should put it on E4 at least.
E4 could have cool stuff druing the day instead of live reality stuff, i think they repeated series 1 on E4 at some point

You may be right, it's quite hard to remember if you're watching C4 or E4 at times. I know they showed Norm on E4 then on CH4 but really late at night. They still do AFAIK.

Do CH4 listen? No not really. I mean it can't hurt but few channels do, the only one that seems to is Paramount

Depending on when you read this Tom Cavanagh (ed) is/was on Letterman in the wee hours of Thursday.

Julie Bowen is in Happy Gilmore on the 13th on ITV1

No I mean the wee hours of thursday as in you've missed it. Sorry for the late notice

You didn't miss much. Letterman basically recapped the whole pilot episode, summed up the 3 seasons and wondered why they didn't call the show Will they screw.

Cavanagh came on, told a few stories about how he kept getting knocked out (once playing softball, another on stage) this summer and that was about it. He was asked whether he and Julie Bowen would ever get together like there characters (no) and a few spoilers were mentioned for those who haven't seen series 3 or 4x01

There's always happy Gilmore though

Just got an email from Channel 4 about Ed:

Channel 4 has obtained the rights to show series 3 of Ed, however, it is not currently scheduled. My guess is that it will return next year. There are no also currently no plans to repeat series 1 or 2. Deciding when to schedule programmes is one of the most difficult tasks we undertake as our viewers all lead different lifestyles and want to watch television at different times. Our scheduling team do either best to assess a programme's content and judge from experience the most suitable time for transmission.
