TV Backlight colour - TV repair guru's

I've got an old 43" LG LED TV and when displaying a picture it has a blue tint/hue to it. Changing the picture settings make a very minimal difference.

As it's not worth having repaired and I'm bored I've opened it up completely and I can see all the backlights, they all work, but about 2/3rds are showing a blue tint and they rest are white. Is that normal? or should they all be white?

I previously replaced the T-con board, but that didn't make any difference.
