One of the issues that I have to deal with when we move into the flat in Bexhill next month is trying to reduce low frequency sounds from the subwoofer from going though to the flat below us. I have already decided to lay a 2 cm thick slab of acoustic plasterboard on the floor and place something like a Auralex Subdude HT platform on top of that before placing the subwoofer. A friend also gave me these below as he had a spare group and said it could work well.

Nobsound 4PCS Silver Aluminum Spring Speakers Spikes Isolation Stand for HiFi Amplifiers

Does anyone know about them? Available on Amazon UK.
