Another which movie question: sorry!

I recall a scene from a sci-fi film made between 1995 and 2010 in which the hero (don't recall the actor) is on the run and hides in an apartment building. The baddie authorities release several electronic insectoid creatures to track him down but he evades them by immersing himself in a bathtub full of water through which they cant 'see' him.

It might be Cypher but I am not certain. Can anyone help?

Thanks people, that's it. In fact, I have Minority Report on BD right here but never thought of it. Had a yen to see that particular scene again last night (being cooped up at home these things happen) and will do so tonight.
