I always find it funny that people think Top Gear is about cars.

Cracking start to the series.

Daily Mail loved it too

[daily mail]In a rant broadcast last night, the outspoken presenter mocked lorry drivers by claiming they only care about fuel prices and killing prostitutes.[/daily mail]

I think I must have been watching a different programme because I can't remember Clarkson ranting about anything.

It used to also annoy me when watching 'Morse' the tv detective show, sometimes the plot line was given away in that show in morse near the start.

"The flute in the theme music spells Morse's name in Morse code. Also, it sometimes spells the name of the murderer(!) and sometimes the name of an innocent character, to throw knowledgeable listeners off the trail."

From IMDB - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092379/trivia

In further morse related trivia, the theme for "Some Mothers Do 'Av 'Em" is the title played in morse code on a piccolo.

Will do, but I have doubts they'll carry it on, but perhaps they'll use this new communications channel to vent their spleen as it seems we are witnessing an enforced change at the BBC

Probably the same people that complained about Clarkson and May having a drink in international waters.
