IE7 -stealing cookies from FireFox

C:\Documents and Settings\[PC username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Anyone else noticed that? A lot of my cookies (which are protected with CCleaner) are ending up in Windows XP's Temporary Interent Files folder.

Very nice for those who want that but it would be nice to be asked by IE7. And it's not just Hotmail cookies either but all sorts. And of course they're staying there as a duplicate so have to be manually removed. Definitely some privacy concerns.
