Was at Wembley last night, has to be the worst performance I’ve ever seen Utd in the flesh.

Seemed we had a tactic of trying to play out from the back, but we don’t have the players to do that.

Such a poor performance, and Spurs walked through us time and time again, midfield was non existent, need to work on the balance of the side.

In spite of everthing Spurs couldn't score against us. The first goal should have been disallowed & the second one was an own goal flook. I believe all or most of the top teams lost over the last week or so.

LOL.

Lukaku was just as much in the Spurs half as Kane was in yours - and even then, there were still 7/8 United players between him and goal. And do own goals not count anymore then ?

Should really be 1-1 as Jones’ goal should count for Utd. Not seen a replay of either goal, but well and truly beaten last night irrespective of there was a foul for the first goal.

I sometimes wonder if you and AdamBrunt are long lost twins.

We were rubbish, they were better than us. They could and should have scored more.

I said we were poor at the time, we were atrocious. But not a lot worse than many games this season where we had the luck to win. I was just saying for all the accolade that Spurs got they never scored one goal against us.

The first goal should have been disallowed & the second one was an own goal that any decent defender would have dealt with, so they didn't score any goals against us. Quite simple really. None of that changes the fact that most of our team need to be sold off & replace with a decent squad, something we have not had since even before AF left. Yes I know we won the title in his last year, but with an ailing squad.

So was the goal Roy Carroll let in a goal??

Seeing how in your world goals scored don't count?

Probably deserved on the last performance, pretty big statement from Mourinho though.

Could he have been carrying an injury?

Worth remembering, however badly we play at times it could be worse...we could be Chelsea...Watford are battering them

Yes but they have bought the Premiership title twice since we last won it.

...we never 'bought' it so I'd still rather be us than them

...what a shambling disgrace of a team they are, they can see the manager is under pressure so decide it's not worth bothering 'til the new guy arrives...much the same as they did with Maureen before he was sacked. It's a shame they haven't got any other incentive to put a shift in...apart from Ł200K per week salary and a mass of loyal fans (...not forgetting the huge amount of glory hunter fans they've acquired over the past few seasons). Absolute disgrace of a team

You're probably still paying the credit card minimum monthly payments for the last time you won it.

I think managing overpaid stars is a skill in itself, I'm really not sure JM can show he was ever able to keep it together for very long, the players just turn on him. Chelsea seem to have the same trouble (and have always had it) and it also seems most teams seem to have the same issue. Just stop playing.

It's clear they can always get away with it.

Clearly one of the problems with overpaid 'stars' means they can do as they like. The clubs made their beds, now they have to lie in it.

I also guess when you pay Ł100m for someone and you want them to hold that value to the next suckers who might buy him, you can't really tell the world they're lazy and useless. You need them to hold their value so the manager has to go.

Beautiful tributes today by the club in the stadium, in Munich and in Belgrade where the U19s play tomorrow. Seeing Sir Bobby and Harry Gregg in the crowd always brings things home
