Probably quite clever of JM, why did they not finish top 4? Well because they never tried to finish top 4, gave up about five games ago. Better than trying and not losing.

If had taken ober directly from Fergie, he may well have been sacked, but there's no-one out there with a better record and we need to give someone time to get across their 'philosophy'.

I don't think I've ever been less excited by a United final. I doubt I'll get to see it anyway as it's on BT and the old Kodi box has been woeful for sport lately...and is illegal I hasten to add...ahem.

If we win...hurrah I s'pose , if we lose it's a disastrous season...a EFL cup (...who wants one of those), and one place better than Moyes

Hopefully, if we win, we can attract someone of real quality for next season to create a bit of hope that we're on the way back up.

Non-subscribers can watch Manchester United and Ajax completely free of charge on TV on BT Sport Showcase, which is available on Freeview (channel 115) and Virgin (channel 100 and 548), while Sky customers will receive BT Sport 2 SD coverage for free on the night on channel 433.
it's all gone a bit deflated after Monday night.
hopefully Jose has told them to "win it for Manchester" or something.

Going to be strange as I have a gig to go and will attempt to avoid the result and watch 'as live' when home.

I am excited, but i'm deflated due to the bombing, not watching live, our poor performances over since Chelsea...

Waiting at the end of Murcia airport watching the jets flying overhead to land, a couple on bikes ride by & stop when they see an Easy Jet about to land. We get to talking & it turns out they are Dutch, then the guy says I'm off home for dinner & get ready for the match tonight. I wonder who he is supporting?

Yeah, but I don't care, as long as things stay the same.

How the hell did this Ajax team make it to the final? They are truly awful.

Well deserved win. Congratulations. Nothing flashy, but it didn't need to be.
I thought Fellaini had a good game tonight.

Ajax looked to have some skilful players, but they lacked any kind of attacking threat around the box. Before people are too harsh on them, remember the ages of most of the players; it looked like a high school team. They've probably exceeded all expectations just reaching the final.

Lol at Ibra asking for a photo in front of the fans' "stay one more season and you can shag my wife" banner. Was quite a controlled game in the end. Clinical rather than entertaining. Good work under the pressure.
