What saved Kompany was Salah jumping, so contact was minimal. If he hadn’t it’d have been knee high and he’d have been sent off, with Salah’s leg left in pieces.

Solanke to Bournemouth for 19 million. As for Clyne, he did very well against United but was very poor in his cameos against Newcastle and Arsenal. Still I would have thought we wouldve kept him for cover, doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Me neither. Or at least wait til Gomez and Matip are back or the end of the window.

Maybe Bournemouth wanted him available for the weekend?

£19M profit on Solanke ... not bad

Also ... regarding my team for Wolves comment, it seems Clyne has just gone to Bournemouth on loan till the end of the season. WTF??
Cheesypuffs is getting confused with the double jeopardy rule for penalties where they don't get sent off any more for a genuine challenge that results in a pen.

Denying a goalscoring opportunity is always a red.

I'll be shocked if tonight's team keep a clean sheet against a full strength Wolves

Why ? Are we short of strikers ?

Did Jenas just say all of our XI have Premier League experience ??

We should do a United and withdraw from the FA cup .Under Klopp a culture of "cannot be arsed" has prevailed.

LOL Wolves have been the better side. No **** BBC. Wolves's strongest XI v a team of academy and fringe players [ Though Jenas thinks they should be as good as our first XI ]

We have been awful though And Klopp now has one less option to bring off the bench.

It isn't our strongest XI.

GK and RB both rested

Imagine getting an injury crisis up front and having to use Sturridge and Origi during a potential title run in. Utter, utter dross.

We were loosely linked with Origi the other week. Other than his hit for the goal, he's been a bit mince.

Difference do far is your gk made a save from a free kick, where as ours decided to move slower than me for your second goal.

It's worrying when Origi is your best striker in the pitch.

What we do not need now is a equaliser and a reply
At least Fabinho is a better central defender than Lovren

The Liverpool FC Thread

You’ve got to wonder what Sturridge was up to. At least make it look like you give a ****

And Moreno plays without any sense of who or what is around him. He’s an absolutely terrible defender.

Record in the this competition is nothing short of disgraceful for a club our size and before I hear "we are going for the league" what was the excuse the previous three years? Abysmal

Utterly useless. Klopp clearly had no interest in going through, those fans who paid for tickets must be really ****** off when they saw the team he'd turned up with.
