This is actually my biggest problem with the show, they're engaged but they act they barely know each other, they sometimes don't even acknowledge each other when they are in the same room.

I noticed the change after Kaley Cuoco got married, like she doesn't want the new hubby to get jealous. Have you notice when was the last time Penny & Leonard even touched each other let alone have a bedroom scene?

Can we start a petition to get Billy Bob Thornton to be a permanent character? He livened things up no end!

Shame Bernie's photoshoot didn't get to happen, but perhaps that was a just sly dig at her growing fanbase as 'the hot one' on the show?

It took me a couple of minutes to recognise BBT. Oh look he has the same initials as the show!

Chuck's vanity card was awesome too :icon_lol:

Mrs Wolowitz has passed away

http://tvline.com/2014/11/11/carol-a...-mrs-wolowitz/

Quote:
Carol Ann Susi, best known as the voice of Howard Wolowitz’s unseen mother on The Big Bang Theory, has died after a short battle with an aggressive cancer, her rep confirmed Tuesday.

In addition to the CBS sitcom, the Brooklyn, N.Y., native appeared on countless TV shows during her 40-year career, including Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty, That ’70s Show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Just Shoot Me and Seinfeld.

Warner Bros. TV, CBS and the show’s executive producers — Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro and Bill Prady — have released the following statement:

“The Big Bang Theory family has lost a beloved member today with the passing of Carol Ann Susi, who hilariously and memorably voiced the role of Mrs. Wolowitz. Unseen by viewers, the Mrs. Wolowitz character became a bit of a mystery throughout the show’s eight seasons. What was not a mystery, however, was Carol Ann’s immense talent and comedic timing, which were on display during each unforgettable appearance. In addition to her talent, Carol Ann was a constant source of joy and kindness to all. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with her family during this time, and we will miss her greatly.”

That latest episode (flag show/dead professor/Levar Burton)was one of the worst for a long time!

The three stories all felt like 'B' plots that play in the background of a major storyline. Neither story was particularly funny.

The while episode just felt off.

this whole series is just off. The actors don't seem to give a **** and there is no fun.

Also Penny doesn't look good with short hair.

The writing is going downhill. They've painted themselves into a corner with Sheldon becoming more relationship orientated and the Raj/Howard plots are just stagnant and not particularly funny any more.

They've done an excellent job turning Bernadette into the most annoying character of the series as well.

It's sad when the highlight of the show is when Penny wears something tight and/or low cut.

Also when you look at earlier episodes and this series then as someone said there is little or no chemistry between Penny & Leonard any longer.
Maybe all the money went to the actors and they couldnt afford as many writers but I cant see this lasting another 2 series after this one.
Id like to be a fly on the wall at lunch breaks considering 3 are getting big bucks and the other actors are getting alot less.
After this finishes will they ever get work again or be type cast?
Penny will actually become Penny in real life. An actor who cant get a job but Loaded instead.
Considering she's now married, then cant see her doing Photo shoots for work.

Johnny Galecki never need work again. He will just retire to his vineyard.

Kaley sweeting comes out with some weird **** these days. About how she's not a feminist and likes to wait on her husband and be at his beck and call (or words to that effect). She's gone a bit odd. She is in The Wedding Ringer:http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wedding_Ringer which is getting a lot of advertisement over here.

Seems to be the case whenever they do an episode that might actually move the story along a bit.

There's probably a sign on the wall of the writer's room:

"Significant plot moment? Cut down on the laughs. We don't want people to miss it!"

I've not seen the current episode but totally agree with the recent comments on here.

The whole chemistry thing between Penny and Leonard has completely disappeared, especially from her side. She's totally just phoning it in every time she speaks.

I still like the interaction between the main four but removing the comic book store as a regular place was a mistake (it'd be like removing the cafe in Friends or in Frasier) and Bernadette is my "most annoying tv character of the last 12 months" nominee.

At this rate I'll watch to the end of the current series but no more.
