Oh dear - poor ending I think personally. The whole season has been 'weak'. There's been a couple of good bits but not that many. Hopefully season 7 will bring better things.... I believe that just going to be a 10 episode too!

if he really isn't coming back then that's a pathetic ending for the character.

They should have ended it last episode with all the vamps out in the sun.

Having said that I loved Eric's death, my Wife did as well.

One good thing about True Blood ending is that I can watch Breaking Bad live as they're on at the same time here.

I guess Pam stupidly turns up and swishes him off into a cave, either that or he quickly buries himself under the snow or something.

The season started promising but turned to complete guff half way through. It's not even that campy anymore, just feels really rushed and tacky... I mean the scraps of this season were all tied up half way into this last episode... and then the rest is just build-up for next season!

I find it incredible Alan Ball could create such deep & meaningful characters in Six Feet Under, yet such vapid and shallow ones in this. I couldn't care for even Jessica now, but I guess that's what happens when you know the most ridiculous things can happen to every supernatural being only for them to somehow come back any ways. Each and every character have pretty much run their course.

Just done episode 9 and looky here, I was at least half right

Bill saves the day. I always thought vamps feeding off vamps just didn't work, no matter what blood was in them

Also, nice trick on the whole, 'lets fill half the episode with exciting, body ripping, gory vamp rescue so people might not notice the excruciatingly plodding half to do with Terry's funeral'. A total ep of two halves.

Unsure where finale can go other than wrapping up Marlowe (been avoiding recent posts) but will get to it soon enough.

Oh no - Season 7 will be the last! :-(
It'll be another 10 episode season in 2014 and then that's it

Agreed. The last episode shows how little the writers care at this point...

Alan Ball is capable of much better.

Pretty sure he left as showrunner at the end of Season 5.

Tried to avoid a couple of spoilers there but I'm not sure if I'm that bothered to be honest, I'll
try and stick it out but this has to be one
Worst shows around now that was one of my favourites a few seasons back. I've watched 2 episodes of season 6, is it worth carrying on ? I've watched it this far so might as well stick it till the end. It's all about the walking dead for me at the moment, think that's great.

Quick question...is there anyway to catchup in the UK? Forgot it was restarting and have missed recording the first 2 episodes.
