Did Terry Nation do Blakes 7?

I have to confess - I can't remember Survivors.

As reported on Julian’s site - Carolyn Seymour, Ian McCulloch, Lucy Fleming, and director Pennant Roberts will be recording commentaries and interviews for the set next week!

I vaguely remember it - I was reminded of it a bit by 28 Days Later, not least because Frank in the film (Brendan something) looked like an older fatter version of the main guy in Survivors. I recall it being a decent series to start with but overran and tailed of quality-wise.

Is Survivors the one where a plague wipes out the whole UK apart from a few well spoken middle classes?
