I was impressed by double decker trains in Venice. We can't really manage them here due to the ancient tunnels and bridges already in place.

Indeed yes, totally guess that for many lines they would not be viable, due as you say to old tunnels and stations.
I guess I would of thought, esp with new lines being built as we speak, such a thing, on a brand new line could be viable.
Likewise, perhaps there are "some" lines across the entire country that a few could be considered.

We watched The Wrecking Crew yesterday, mainly because my dad wanted to see it but we all (me, wife, dad) enjoyed it. It's on a few regions (USA, Canada).

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy or rent it from something like iTunes?
I can't get stable 1080p on Amazon even with a 38Mb connection either.

The best estimate I've seen is the 3rd - 7th October, which is historically when Netflix shows last years season.
