Well done. Deserved over the season so far.

bit of a disservice to the United sides of 93/94, 95/96 and 98/99, but to be expected!

Fantastic finish to an amazing season - Jesus dinking in the 100-point goal in injury time, 6 years to the day after Aguero's injury time title winner. Against Mark Hughes again as well.
So many players have been brilliant this season - De Bruyne, D.Silva, B.Silva, Sane, Sterling, Fernandinho, Ederson, Walker, Aguero. Fantastic news on Ederson's new contract until 2025. The boys in charge don't mess about with players we want to keep.
A special mention for Fernandinho, who I think has been our most consistent player since he signed. I've been singing his praises on here since that first match against Newcastle in 2013, and it seems that the professional media have now finally cottoned on to how good he actually is. In that title-winning year where Yaya scored 20 goals, Fernandinho was the player who made him look so good by covering every blade of grass across the middle. Aside from a dip of about 4 matches after the 2014 World Cup, he has been an exceptional player for us.

Fantastic news - Pep has signed a 2-year contract extension, so he'll be here for another three seasons at least. First day of the transfer window and that's already signing of the summer!

Sane omitted from the German squad - either they must be overstocked with wingers or Low doesn't know how to get the best out of him

Big-time Charlie attitude and a case of Löw trying to keep squad harmony apparently.

Looks like we (Wolves) are in for Zinchenko.
Always looked a tidy player whenever I saw him. I know Pep shoehorned him at LB but he's a CM/AM by trade I gather. Should play alongside Neves in that case.

Sorry Bear, only just seen this. I was really impressed with Zinchenko last season. He and Delph did a great job in the absence of Mendy. What struck me watching him play was how tidy his passing is, which I guess is why Pep gave him a chance. Obviously his opportunities may be limited if most players are fit and he may feel that a move to another prem club is for the best. Never seen him play AM so can't comment specifically but I don't see why he couldn't do a job there. Would be interested to see how he gets on - you never know, Pep may want to keep him!

Exciting news. Interested to see what he does for us, and how he slots in.

It hardly seems worth commenting on every match these days as there isn't enough discussion going on.
You must be happy with the point on Saturday, Bear? I wonder if other teams looking at the way Wolves played will think that's the best way to play us now? Certainly better than the way Huddersfield went about things.

Wait until the team only win 3-0, then ManCityMICON will be on to demand the manager sacked and a complete overhaul of the team

fortunately for the forum City fans there isn't a ManCityMICON or equivalent, mainly because City fans don't seem to believe that it's their right to win the title every year (yet!)

I think Liverpool will push them harder this season for sure. I still think they'll sneak it though.
